Service technician Ben contacted me to verify his arrival time. He was on time and after completing a thorough inspection of our overhead door he provided our repair options and explained what each option would include. We were pleased with his work and impressed with his friendly customer skills. Our door works like new. He even took the time to check with our next door neighbor on how their door was working as he had worked on it in the past.

Discovered a broken spring around 10 pm I was able to make an appointment online for the next afternoon The technicians were on time and able to replace the springs in about half an hour plus check the other components of my garage door for any issues. I was very pleased with the service and being able to make an appointment late at night was a plus I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service and will use them in the future for any garage door repair or replacement

I had a problem with my garage door opener. You could just hear the motor run when you pushed it but the door would not open. This happened on a Friday afternoon. When I called for appt, I was given the first appt on Monday. (I could still manually open and close the door in the meantime.) The techs came and the door opener worked right away. They tried it several times and it continued working but they felt the motor was starting to go. Because I was just starting to recover from major surgery, they offered to send me quotes about the costs for new motors so I could make a decision on that when it stopped working again or at my convenience. Excellent service and very professional.

Kenny came and I told him what happened with our garage door,he then did an inspection of all the parts and gave me his recommendation for repair explaining the condition of the parts. I agreed to his quote,he had all of the parts needed on his truck and in about two hours we had a rebuilt garage door.Kenny has very good work practices and organization skills

I'd say our experience was A+ really. Jordan was here on the early side of our time window which was perfect, the price quoted before he even started was the price paid, no surprises!! These guys are THE best. There was a problem with the custom color from the manufacturer (not Precision’s fault). Chad and Rick knocked themselves out fixing the issue. Especially Rick (who made multiple trips). They weren’t satisfied until I was satisfied. Let me just say - I couldn’t be happier. The door looks fabulous - the best in the neighborhood. And the garage door opener - quiet? Super quiet. My only regret is that I only have one house! ????

I am very pleased with Precision and their personnel. Jerry Eldreth was out today to look at a problem with the door. He was able to immediately identify the issue and had it fixed in short order. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He came out within a couple of hours of my contact with the office. He fixed the issue but also checked the entire door and its components lubricating everything as preventative maintenance. Very thorough. I have been pleased with all my dealings with Precision, from the guys who installed the door about 10 months ago, to Jerry coming out today to diagnose and resolve an issue.

Our experience was fantastic. We were experiencing malfunctions with our noisy old garage door. I called Precision Garage Door Service and within an hour our technician, Chad, was at our house. He was friendly and professional. Chad inspected our garage door and diagnosed the issue we had been having. He offered us three different reasonable options to fit our budget (minor repair, larger repair, and larger repair with replacement of the motor). We opted to replace our garage door motor given its age. Chad quickly and professionally installed the new system which works excellently. The whole process took less than six hours from the initial call to the final inspection of the new system. I could not be more pleased with my experience. I called at 10:30am on Thursday to fix a broken spring on my 16x7 garage door, They said they could come on Friday between 1-3 pm. I said if you can come any earlier I would appreciate it. Within 10 minutes after I hung up someone called back and said we could come by 1pm today. I said that was great. Henry was my Tech. He showed up at 12:55. Was very professional and fixed my door with a new spring in less than an hour. He explained everything about my door and what might need done in the future to keep it running smooth.
