Kenny is friendly and professional. He replaced my broken cables and replaced a new spring for my garage door. He also re-adjusted the chain of the garage opener because it was loose. The customer service was great too. When I contacted with Precision on the website, they responded quickly and scheduled an appointment on the next day.

Jerry Eldreth was courteous and professional. The last panel on the garage door was broken and wouldn’t close properly, it appeared I would need a new garage door installed. Jerry explained the options offered in detail then repaired the door - sealed it underneath, straightened the panel to help it close better - as I await a new door. This gave me a great sense of relief and I was quite impressed with the end result. Thank you Jerry for “turning my miserable day into a positive one by using your skills and experience to problem solve”.

My garage door cable broke at 6:30 PM on a Thursday night.I immediately called your company and even that late, got a representative on the phone who scheduled me for a repair visit the following morning at 10 AM. Kenny came and gave me options for repairing my door........... and in not much more than an hour I was all fixed up!!!!! He answered all of my questions and was not only knowledgeable and professional, but kind and pleasant as well. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service in Lancaster!

I called late in the afternoon and got an appointment the very first thing the next morning. They said between 8 & 10AM. The tech arrived a few minutes after 8 and more door was fixed and the tech gone before 9. I was so happy with a stress free experience. This is the first time I've had an issue since the installation over 2 years ago. This problem was caused by a thunder storm overnight which caused a loss of power. I am very pleased with the professionalism of Precision Door
